Message To Young People

Those entering 9th grade through age 20 are considered "Young People." Those over 20 are designated “Young Adults.”

All “Young People” are placed in dormitories with Group Leaders and Chaperones to assist with supervision. However, your sponsor is ultimately responsible for your conduct.

Anyone under 21 who leaves the campus after 7:00 pm must first obtain permission from their sponsor and inform their Chaperone.

Group Leaders will report to Chaperones the name of anyone not in the dormitory by 10:30 pm.

Those who willfully violate these rules or otherwise cause difficulty will be moved from their dormitory to their sponsor’s room or will be asked to leave the conference. This will be strictly enforced.

A sponsor of the same sex (at least 30 years old or married) must be provided for every person under 21 years of age. This information should be included on the yellow registration card. Contact your sponsor to make sure he/she agrees to accept this responsibility.
