Arrival Time

The college cannot accommodate early arrivals. If arriving before Saturday, you MUST make your own motel arrangements. Some Pittsburgh motel phone numbers with airport transportation are: Red Roof Inn: (412) 263-5678 and Holiday Inn: (412) 262-3600. Registration begins at 2:00 pm. Saturday, July 24th at the Pew Fine Arts Center. Please do not arrive before 2 pm. Supper will be served on Saturday from 4:45 to 6:30 pm. At the Hicks dining room. A name tag or pre-registration card will be required for admittance to the dining room.

Registration closes at 10:15 pm. If you cannot arrive by that time on Saturday, please arrive the next day or call to make special arrangements.

Handicap transportation is provided.

Parking

Ample, lighted parking is available behind the Recreation Building. Parking is prohibited along streets or in other restricted areas. Cars parked illegally will be subject without warning to college security procedures and resulting charges.

What To Bring

• Your Bible and Spiritual Songs Hymnbook
• Notebook (Most meetings are recorded on cassette or CD which may be purchased)
• Blankets, pillows and bed linens. Towels and washcloths are provided by the college. None of these are provided by the College, except for those that fly in ONLY.
• An electric fan. Dorm rooms are not air-conditioned. Modest, one-piece swimsuits, consistent with Christian standards. This will be enforced!
• Swim caps required for those with long hair.
• Tennis shoes or sneakers required for intramural room and racquetball courts.
• Parents with babies and small children should bring protective mattress covers, as well as strollers, cribs and highchairs if needed.
