Message to Parents & Sponsors

Children going into 8th grade or younger are your direct responsibility during the entire conference. Nurseries and workshop classes are provided Monday through Friday from 9:15 to 11:40 a.m. All children (birth through 8th grade) are required to attend these supervised activities so parents may attend the Bible studies. Special cases, such as nursing mothers, will be given special consideration.

Parents and sponsors of children spend one morning helping in the nursery. You will receive your assignment upon arrival.

Parents and sponsors of young people:

Sponsorship for young people (grade 9 through age 20) provides someone to whom the conference administration may turn if assistance is needed. As parent/sponsor, your signature shows that you agree to accept these responsibilities:

• Discuss proper conduct and clothing as outlined in the brochure
• Expect attendance at all scheduled meetings and activities for their age group
• Be aware of conference guidelines and expect young person to adhere to these
• Check with young person and/or dorm chaperone during the week to ensure good cooperation
